To upload files to your hosting, use an SFTP program:

- [WinSCP](https://winscp.net/) on Windows
- [FileZilla](https://filezilla-project.org/) on Windows, macOS and Linux

Use SFTP instead of plain FTP. It's more reliable, and it encrypts your password and your files.

For the connection settings, see [Uploading files: File Manager and FTP](https://vmshost.io/knowledgebase/article/uploading-files-file-manager-and-ftp).
